Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased on our online catalogue, you may return it for a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
The following terms and conditions apply:

1) You must let us know.
The customer must inform us of there intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving same, either by phone or email.
Where goods have arrived damaged in transit, the customer must inform us of this within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

2) Dislike or unhappy with your purchase.
With the exception of goods that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty, the customer will pay the return carriage costs if the item was ordered in error, or simply not wanted. Refunds will only be issued upon safe receipt of the goods.

3) Must be unused and in new condition.
With the exception of goods that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty, goods being returned for a refund must be unused and in there original packaging.

4) Refund payments.
Payments will be refunded via Shopify Payments or Paypal (as appropriate) at no charge, if product(s) returned within 14 days of original purchase.

5) Take care in packing.
Please make sure that you take care in packing any returned goods. As the sender the customer is responsible for the return carriage, if ordered in error or simply not wanted, and we will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit on there way back to us.
